This ALias cell phone is the worst cell phone I have ever had. Its flimsy and I have been having a ton of problems with it. It always turns off out of no where and verizon wireless just keeps replacing it with the same type of phone. Also the screen goes white all the time. I am really unhappy with my purchase. Recently when I was in the verizon wireless store, another customer was having problems with her phone too. That shows that it’s just a bad phone period. Dont ever get it unless you want a problematic phone. Or you like having to deal with the verizon associates..
