We have to wise when we want to buy the 3G cell phone because there are so many 3G cell phone.3G is use to data transfer from the other source such as internet.we have to have a fast data transfer to download or transfer some data from the internet for this we have to choose the cell phone who has fast speed data transfer.cell phone that i have use to transfer data from the internet are nokia N96,N95 both of them use GPRS class 32 so there are faster then the others cell phone who use GPRS class 10.

from samsung i was tested to download a application using SGH G800.but not only the cell phone who make quick download from the cell phone it’s also depends on operator you use.from my country i use M3 from the indosat to test the cell phone.beside has quick download and stabilize M3 also cheap for the internet connection.on my opinion you should use N96 to download using cell phone because she has best 3G connection with GPRS class 32.
